All our Agents are fully trained by industry experienced people before being allowed to see your clients. We also have regular quality controls in place to ensure we maintain our very high standards of service. You must ensure your forms are completed fully. It is easy for us to complete clients name and address or account numbers but we don't want to be completing or calculating income etc. The more thorough you have been, the easier you will make the job on our appointment eradicating errors.
Immediately! Our appointment coordinators work from 9am to 9pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 4pm on Saturday.
