Premier Legal Assist can assist you in the application of an alcohol license for premises. The application goes through a statutory 28 day consultation period.
The applicant must advertise the application on the premises for a consecutive period of 28 days and once in a local newspaper within the first 10 working days of the application being made.
Premier Legal Assist can use one of our nationwide agents to attend the premises and attach the required notices for this period. We will periodically check the attachment and visibility of all notices.
All notices are laminated and securely fixed throughout this period.
